i downloaded bootvis and used it to analize my windows
boot up. the normal boot up is fine then it goes to login
+ Serrvice and it is 114 seconds. it is adding 2 minutes
to boot up. what can i do to fix? remove one of the
downloaded hot fixes?

Well its not actually adding to the boot time if the system is up and you
can use it, even if services continue to startup in the background. Thats
the whole point, you get in earlier. Previous versions would wait for all
services to start before letting you in.

Once enough services are up and runnig for the system to be useable, thats
when the brown vertical line is written in the trace log.

I must admit, 114 seconds is a long time, mine take 22 seconds, but only
aroung the first 5 seconds are before the end of boot.

Look at the bottom graph, what services are taking a long time to start ?
