What is the exact message?

My mail was working yesterday today it says my account is invalid. What does
this mean:

Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. The operation was
canceled by the user. Account: '(e-mail address removed)', Server: 'IMAP.AOL.COM',
Protocol: IMAP, Server Response: '', Port: 143, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800C006F

That message does not say your account is invalid, it says the download was
canceled by something outside of Windows Mail.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
should be uninstalled.
