logging on 2 user accounts

when logging on I have my icon and my wife has her account and icon.I need a
password to open my account.When she logs in on her icon,her
favorites,e-mail,addresses etc.are not there.they're all under my account.How
do I fix this?please help

It would appear that she has been using your account.


The favourites are stored in:
C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Favorites

simply copy those for your wife from your 'user name' folder to her 'user
name' folder.

As for email, it would appear that you have included her username and
password under the email accounts in your sign-on.

You will need to delete her email account from the list and then export all
her emails to a file [it depends on Outlook or Outlook Express as to how this
should be done]. The same applies to Contacts [Outlook] or Adress Book
[Outlook Express].

Then under her login you will need to setup her email account.

Ayy other items are also shown under the:
C:\Documents and Settings\user name\ - subfolders.
such as:
\My Documents
\Start Menu
etc.
