Logging into Outlook

The following message appears when i log into Outlook. (It has worked fine
up to a week ago) -
Personal Folders
The file C;\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Microsoft Outlook Internet settingsMSN-00000006.pst
could not be found.

What have I done wrong and how do I fix it?
 
Were you using a paid MSN mail account with Outlook before? Outlook seems to
be looking for the local storage file for those messages, and can't find one.
