Logging In Issue

When I go to log in (Windows XP), it always tells me that
I have 6 unread messages in my mailbox, when it is not
the case. I do not know how to get rid of this.

Please, if anyone can help.

Download and install tweakui for xp and use its repair mail count feature or
use it to turn the mail count off completely.

Or edit the registry and delete the mail accounts you don't want:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UnreadMail
