log-on window

Which log-on window is used for the new xp and which is used by the classic windows programs? And how do I change between them. I have 3 machines with xp pro and one has a different log-on window and a different shut down window, than the other two.

If you go into Control Panel, and select User Accounts to
change the way users log on and off.
