Log off error

Running XP Pro SP2.

When logging off from my wife's limited account she gets the following
message and has to click OK before it will log off:

"00403310 in module 'Scheduled.exe' Read of address FFFFFFFC"

It does not happen in my admin account or if I make her a Power User. Any
ideas what is going on and how to fix it. Thanks.

Sorry I've solved it. It was to do with my TV card and I had to give users
Full control of the program folder. Thanks anyway.
