Log of incoming emails

Does Outlook 2007 keep a log of all incoming emails. I have a dispute with
someone who claims to have sent me an email which I did not receive and I
would like to prove that it was not received by me or my email service
providers. If such a log is not kept, is there any other way I can show
that the mail was not received by me? I suspect the the mail was never
sent.

No, Outlook does not keep any logs like that. Maybe the mail servers
involved can reveal anything but that probably won't be a fun process. While
there are all sorts of ways to fake this, the Sent Items folder of the
sender should give an indication as well.
