log in trouble

Have seen this problum several times over past few days,
anyone have a fix for this?

OS: XP Home

When I get thier Welcome Screen with thier Icon and when
I click it, it says "Loading Personal Settings", it cuts
to my desktop for one second than back to that screen and
says "Logging Off"

I have already tried a fixmbr and fixboot cant log in in
safe mode or any other, I get the same results. Any help
help would be great. Thanks
