Log in problem

I'm having difficulty logging on to Windows XP Pro. When I log in I receive the following message in a box titled User Environment "Windows can not load the users profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system. Detail: A required privilege is not held by the Client." The computer will then procede to reboot. This happens again and again and so on. No changes were made before this started happening. I'm the only user and administrator. It happens when started in Safe Mode also. Thanks in advance.
