locking hard drive

I am trying to lock an hard drive. I was told to down
load TweakUI so I did. I think I downloaded the wrong on
at first "TweakUI_ia64" but that tells me that that is
not a valid Win32 application. So I downloaded the one i
was supposed to but that give me an error message "The
procedure entry point GetDllDirectoryW could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. What am
I doing wrong? please help.

Locking the hard drive? ...TweakUI will hide it in Explorer but that's about
it. What are you trying to accomplish?
 
I am trying to stop other users of my pc opening one of
my hard drives so I can keep private things on it I am on
xp prof and there are five users on the machine so any
help would be nice

I have just tried that but got lost, the option for
keeping the driver private is in grey so cannot click it
any other ideas??
