Locked Photos

I'm trying to edit a photo in Photoshop 7.0. The photo is
locked and I get a message saying to use "Properties" in
Window Explorer to unlock the file. Could someone tell me
how to do this? Thanks!

Is this file on your hard drive or on a CD?

If it's in a folder on your hard drive, you can
open the folder / right click the image and
from the menu...choose...Properties. On the
General tab...uncheck...Read Only / Apply / OK.
