Locked out of Computer

Hi! I forgot the password to my Windows XP account, and I am the only user.
There must be a way to bypass the sign on at start up--does anyone know how

Have you tried to log on with the original Administrator user:

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

You have two things that you can try
1) press<f8> as the computer is starting up and go to save mod then change
passwords that way.
2) Use a friends computer and go to this site

create a disk image from the ISO also follow the instructions.
