Right-click the Desktop > Properties > Screen Saver, de-select the
option to require a password on resume.

Go to Control Panel and double click Power Options.
Click on the Advanced tab.
On the Advanced page, remove the check mark from the box next to "Prompt for
password when computer resumes from standby".

If that isn't the answer you were looking for, post back and let us know exactly
what you consider "-lock mode".
