Location of program file

What is the name of the program file for Windows XP Photo and Fax Viewer, is it an .exe file and where the heck does it reside? I want to point my scanner at it and can't find it anywhere.

The default Image and Fax Viewer is SHIMGVW.DLL and resides in the Windows\System32 folder
 
I haven't got this file anywhere on my hard disk, nor have I got the MODI folder. What next?
