Local Folders in Outlook Connector

Forgive the ignorance. How can I create a local folder
when using Corporate Time Outlook Connector 3.3 and MS
Outlook 2003? (I know that this is possible). For some
reason, I am not able to specify the location of the
folder. I want to create a local folder to use as an
archive email container.

To answer my own question. This is done through
the "Mail" option in the Control Panel and not from the
application itself.
