LiveSearch vs bing.com in Internet Explorer 7

Hi There:

I opened Internet Explorer 7 and found this page (bing.com) as principal
page instead of LiveSearh or Google (the 2 I normally use) and now see it
here in this Forum and other Microsoft places and wondered when did this
happen I didn't notice...
Does anyone knows? or should I worry?

Yeeeaaa... Just a few minutes after I posted, I found the information about
it. Bing replaced Live Search w.e.f. 06/03/2009. Thanks anyway Jerry.

However, believe Microsoft should be more careful with changes like this
without prior notice or further info because... you know, anyone may think it
could be a virus affecting your PC, don't you think?

I'm unable to say what I think about Microsoft.
They may unActivate my OS, and it being the OEM version,
I would have to buy another expensive computer using a fake name.

You want them to send you unsolicited e-mail about the change? What if
you don't have a Hotmail account?

A Google News search shows news articles showing up last May 12.
