I get the lite installer message on bootup, have tried the msconfig thing by diabling all in the startup and also the services four at a time and still get the same error message
Is there anything else that I can try to rid myself of this message.

What "lite installer message"? This isn't something from Windows. Please
repost with a better description of your problem. Is this third-party
software you've tried to install? What does a scan with a current
antivirus program (meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and using
updated virus definitions) show?

When I first boot up I get this error message Lite installer has encounter a problerm and needs to close
Appnam: liteinst.ex
Appver:6.1.4.3
Modname: liteinst.ex
Modver: 6.1.4.3
Offset: 00010dd
That is the detail of the error message then I am as to send a report to microsoft or don't send

this is only when I first boot up.
