List of file that couldn't be defragmented!

After I defragment (any partition), I get a message box saying that
defragmentation is complete and that some files couldn't be defragmented. It
asks me to see the "Report" for a list of those files.
But when I click "View Report", there are no files there!

This happens almost all the time for all partitions.

I have 4 partitions - C: D: E: and F: (all are NTFS)
C: and D: are not compressed
E: and F: are compressed
I have Windows XP installed in C:

What could be the problem?
