I am having trouble accessing links. Almost always when
clicked on, the dialog box will say,removed ,changed or
unavailable.This happens quite often .Can you please
advise on how to possibly correct this.

This is more likely to be a problem with the pages themselves, or possibly
your ISP.
Internet Explorer can cause certain problems, but not the ones you describe.

if refering to toolbar 'links'.
these can be websites...or...folders/files on your
computer. if folder/file and you 'move' the item it will
not find the item. if website maybe it changed...not
likely always... but possible.
