Links within e-mails cause error below

administrator, and I have not made any change to my system.

I am only getting this message when I get links embedded in Outlook e-mails.

I tried to use the Office CD (Repair). But it did not fix the problem. I
tried System Restore to go to a point before I knew the problem occured. It
did not fix it.

What is wrong? How can I fix it?

That is not what happen in the Outlook 2007. The solution for this problem
only apply for XP.
