Links in Windows Mail

The app in question is the one that would be needed to open
that link. If it is a URL (http://) link, that would be your browser.
If that is IE, do this:
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Internet
Explorer". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults"
then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.
 
For the past few days, I have been experiencing a problem with Windows Mail.
When I try to open a link included in an E-mail from FaceBook or another
website I get the following message: "application not found" Please tell me
what application they are talking about, and what to do to fix this. If I
lost that application, I don't know how.
