Linking Fields when Importing

Anyplace where I can go, or can someone tell me here, how to link fields in a
csv file so that when I import the file into contacts, it will list the data
where it belongs, like business address, phone, salesman, etc.

will list the data where it belongs, like business address, phone,
salesman, etc.

When you import, there should be a dialgue presented to you that allows you
to map the columns in the CSV file to the fields in the Contacts record.
