Importing

I have an account list with the usual info such as name address, phone,
saleman#, etc. I currently have this as an excel spreadsheet and also as an
Access database. I want to be able to print out the contacts sorted by
salesman in a form such as Contacts provides like "address cards". I tried
creating a new datafile in Contacts and importing a .csv file into it but it
didn't bring anything other than the names. Does anyone have any ideas as to
how I might accomplish this? I am using Office 2003 professional.

Thanks

When importing make sure you link the fields correctly.
