link computer objects with DHCP

Is it possible to link the computer objects in AD to only allow these
objects a DHCP address?
I'm looking for a way to limit and or restrict what people with
non-authorized computers what they can do on the network. Say visitor pulls
out a laptop and connects to the network. This person is not authorized and
we would not want them to get a dhcp address or not be able to see the
network.
Then consultant needs to use their laptop to gain access to the internet,
and we would want to allow this.

how can this be done? Any ideas?

thanks
John

Yes, you can use DHCP reservations so a DHCP server will only hand out IP
addresses to clients with a certain MAC address. This will stop any visitors
getting an IP address as their MAC will not be registered with your DHCP
server.
