Line spacing

I am sure this is a stupid question but I can not figure it out.

When I start typing in a Cell and hit enter to move to the next line there
is too much space between the 2 lines. I have changed the line spacing to 1
but that still leaves too much space for a regular paragraph.

Use CSS to change the top and bottom margin of the <p> tag. Doing it this
way will allow your text to reflow within the table cell. Using a line
break will not.
