line spacing & undo

line spacing does not work - I'm executing correctly on the Home tab, in the
Paragraph group, by click Line Spacing and highlighting the paragrah to be
changed. I understand that this i a common problem. Any suggestions, please.

Also I can not find the "undo" button when editing. Suggestions?
