Can I controll the line spacing for wrapped text?

I'm trying to control the appearance of a line of text within a table cell
when the line wraps to the next line.

What's happening is I have paragraphs of single lines of text but when a
line gets too long for the cell it wraps to the next line. The problem is the
spacing between the wrapped text is the same as the spacing between
paragraphs thus making appear to be a new line item.

Can the "wrapped" spacing be controlled?

Select the paragraph, the right click and select properties or save the extra effort and use the
enter key between paragraphs.
