Limited users cannot print

I have a HP OfficeJet K80 All-in-one which is connected
(via USB) to a desktop running XP Home Edition. The admin
can print without any problem. But the limited users
cannot print. Tried to set printer permission, but the
Properties of the printer doesn't have Security tab.

BTW, I have tried to connect the printer (via USB) to my
laptop (runs Wins 2000) and was able to set the printer
permission so that the regular users can print.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

We've seen this happen when Norton Antivirus is installed.... but I have no
clue as to why NAV appears to cause this.

You can resolve the problem by:

Right clicking on the printer from the Control Panel and selecting
Properties.

Click the Advanced Tab and instead of the default which is Spool print
documetns so program finishes printing quicker, select

Print directly to the printer.

Or, the alternative is to find another antivirus software!
