Limited User Account Problem

I have recently set up a Limited User Account for my teenage son. Every time he logs into his account Windows Installer pops up and tries to find install info for Microsoft Word 2000 SR-1. I already have Microsoft Works installed on my computer with Word. I have tried putting the CDROM into the drive when the installer starts up but, it doesn't acknowledge it.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Give his account administrative privileges.
Login as him and take care of the "Installer pops up".
Make sure you can normally start the rest of the programs.
Log off.
Log in as yourself.
Set him back as Limited User.
Test his profile again.
