Limited or no Connectivity

I conncet to the internet using DSL service, however, my Local Area
Connection always shows up with a yello exclamation mark, and it says that it
has limited or no connectivity. It really creates no problems, since I can
still connect and all, but is this a problem, and if not, how can I make it
stop appearing??
