Ethernet card has limited or no connectivity

After installing XP on a replacement hardrive, windows works ok but my
ethernet card cannot connect to the internet. The internet connection and
modem are ok verified by another computer with a working ethernet card. The
modem shows the ethernet card is connected and the modem has syncronised.
Network connections shows "Local Area Connection limited or no connectivity"
Device manager shows "This device is working properly" Device usage is
"Enabled" The XP Firewall has been disabled. Unfortunatly I do not have the
installation disc for ethernet card which is a D-LINK DFE 530TX rev -c1
Help please Bob.

You can get the drivers from D-Link's website. Obviously, you'll need to
get them from a different machine with a working Internet connection.
Transfer the drivers to your machine via thumb drive or cd-r.
