Hi - new here. I can usually figure stuff out myself but this one has
really got me stumped.

I have multiple email accounts on my own domains and multiple email
accounts with my ISP. Outlook will retrieve mail for as many ISP
accounts as I wish to setup. But Outlook chokes when I have more than
four email accounts from my domains set up. I get a send receive error
even though when I test the account in the account setup dialog,
everything works fine. I have set up my domain email accounts in two
other email apps and have no problem sending and receiving from them. I
have even imported the accounts from the apps they are working in to
Outlook but they still won't work.

I contacted domain host and tehy said it's a problem with Outlook and go
pound sand.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ensure your automatic polling interval is set to no less than 10 minutes.
20 minutes or more would be better with multiple accounts. Otherwise, the
send/receive settings step on each other when checking for mail, causing the
failures.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Hi Milly,
Thanks. But that didn't work.
When I use Thunderbird email app I poll every 5 minutes and have no
problem. I only have this problem with outlook. Any other things I
should look at?
