limit IE for one instance?

Hi: Is it possible to limit Internet Explorer for one instance? I'd
like an icon that my daughter could click on her limited XP login that
would take her straight to a webpage that she wants to be able to see -
without the address bar etc. Just stripped down to back and forward
buttons.

Thanks to both of you. I ended up making a shortcut that initiates IE
in kiosk mode.

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k
http:\\webmail.aol.com

After she gets through checking her e-mail she just hits ALT-F4 to
quit. Works fine.
