Lifecam vx 3000 software

I would like to know how can i fix the problem where i can't access the
options in the lifecam vx 3000 software. Everytime i click on the down arrow
where it bring out the menu for the options i couldn't click on the options.
The menu just disappear everytime i move my mouse from the down arrow to the
menu.

Hi Andy

I have exactly the same problem, just purchased 2 Lifecams VX3000 running on
XP. On another newsgroup someone suggested using driver/software version 1.2
instead of the latest 1.3. This did not resolve the problem for me
