Due to a location change and virus issues I had to
reinstall 2000 server, how do I reactivate the terminal
server licensing?
 
Install the LS and activate using the telephone method. The
Clearinghouse will need to re-issue your licenses.
 
Call the Microsoft Clearinghouse to get your licenses
reissued, then install terminal services licensing
(through add/remove programs) and install the license pack.
