License Usage Problems

License Manager shows 2 licenses in use for every user.
These users are logging on to one machine only. One
license shows \username and one shows as domain\username.
System is W2K SP4 on the DC's and SP3 on the app and
citrix servers. I also see a lot of machine accounts as
using licenses also. Way back when most of the licensing
issues were supposed to have been fixed in SP3, but now
technet says they are fixed in SP4?

Create a License Group and add all you users into it and set the licenses
used to the number of clients machines you have connected.

To create a License group Open Licensing under Administrative tools Select
Options Advanced and New License Group
