lexmark z23 printer

my printer says printing started printing complete
without printing anything. i have windows xp and i did
nothing to cause this .. i am a newcomer to this and i
dont change enything. could someone please help

It's a Lexmark. See Bruce Sanderson's instructions at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

After rebooting, download a new set of drivers from the Lexmark website and
install the software. Do NOT reconnect the printer to the PC until the
software tells you to do so.
