I recently disconnected my printer, computer and monitor
and reassembled.

My printer does not print. The print screen indicates
that the printer is "off line".

Everything else is working. The printer power light is on.

Any suggestions as to how I can get the printer to work?

Piece of cake.
Go to start, control panel, printers & faxes; click on
the icon for your printer, go up to the toolbar, click
File and in the drop down you'll see "use printer
offline". Click on that and it will switch to "use
printer ONline". That should be all you need.
