CAN NOT INSTALL. IN DEVICE MANAGER GET CODE 28 IN PROPERTIES
COMES UP ON SCREEN TELLS ME PRINTER PRINTING THEN NOTHING HAPPENS

Check these services are started Auto:
Open a run command and type in:
services.msc click [OK] locate these and make them start auto:
Spooler
Terminal server
Remote Procedure Call
Remote Procedure Call Locator

Go here and locate the troubleshooting option on the side of the PDF Doc:

Make sure there is not a conflict in the IRQ, have a look in Device manager.

Also turn OFF any Anti-virus or Firewall may corrupt the Installer or the
whole package.
Then Turn them ON when you printed the test page successfully.
