Lessons how to use outlook as contact mngr?

I would like to use outlook to manage my business prospects, clients and so
forth. Is there an online toutorial for the basics? I signed on to the
basic "getting started" but the first thing it said to do was select "new
account" from the menu and I don't have "account" as a choice. I have office
xp pro. Any suggestions?

Joan,
You may have to re-inatall BCM on your PC. I got a new PC and it appeared
that BCM was not on my machine, though it was. I ended up "un-installing"
BCM and then doing an "install" and then everything appeared for me that
should have been there. Hope this helps.

You would be able to use the Business Contact manager only with the Office
2003 Pro or SBE version and not with Office XP.
