Less then 4 printers

I have multiple WinXPpro /w all the updates on an NT4 domain w/all the updates.

Problem:

The XP computers can only use less than 4 printers. If they add any more,
only a random set of printers will work at any one time. I have users that
need to print contracts to print devices all over the company (10+
printer/print devices). (This is not a problem on any NT workstation
computers I have.)

How can I enable/tweak/change XPpro to have more then 4 printers working at
one time?

I have 2+ dozen printers installed on Windows XP Professional in a domain
environment without problem, the users can choose to print to any printer in
the list.. Some of the printers are pure network printers, others are on a
server...

What errors are you seeing?
Anything in the event log?
How are these printers shared (direct network connected or shared through a
server?)

Shenan, Thank you for the quick reply.

To expand, the users are able to add all the printers they wish.
BUT, they can only print to one or two printers. If they try to another they
receive an error message:

Your file could not be printed due to an error on \\server\printer1 on
Ne00:. There are several possible reasons:
There may not be enough memory available. Try closing files and programs you
aren't using.
If you use a network for printing, there may be a problem with the network
connection or the printer driver.
There may be loose cables or a bad connection between your computer and the
printer.

So if the user has the following printers:

\\server\printer1
\\server\printer2
\\server2\printer3
\\server2\printer4
\\server3\printer5

She can reboot and print to any printer (ie printer1), but will have errors
