Is it possible to launch outlook automatically when turning the computer on,
meaning not having to click on the icon. I would like to see my reminder
even when outlook is not open

The quick answer would be to add a shortcut to Outlook into the Startup
group

Placing a shortcut to Outlook in the Startup folder will achieve this or
create a Scheduled Task that executes it at logon.
However, you might want to be careful with how many and which applications
you want to start automatically at startup; this could significantly
increase your startup time.

Not possible. Outlook cannot check your reminders when it is not running.
