Launcher.exe Error

I put in a CD into the D drive and got an error that said
Launcher.exe has created an error and will be closed by
windows. You will need to restart the program.

We just got rid of the Spools.exe error that said the same
thing.

I checked for viruses and we are not infected. HELP!
