Launch IE the tiniest window opens

How can I set up IE's window size to maximum when I launch it? Right now
whenever I open IE the smallest window opens. I want it to open full size
when I open IE.

Right Mouse click the icon (shortcut) for IE. From the menu, click
Properties. When the details box opens, toggle the arrow on the
right side of the Run box until it says "Maximized". Click Apply,OK.

Right click on internet explorer there shoul be an option near the bottom
that allows you to select how you would like the program to apppear on
initiation. Check the maximized box .

Open IE then "drag" the edges to the size you want (do not use the maximize
icon) then close IE by going to the upper right corner and clicking on
"file" and select close.
The next time you open IE it should be the same size.
