Size of Window in IE

When I open a window in IE, it is the default smallest size (maybe 1/4 inch
by 1 inch). How can I get XP to "remember" to open IE windows at a normal
size?

Use your mouse to stretch it to full screen or whatever size you want, do
not use the Maximize icon, and then click on File and then Close.

 

[Guest]

It is usually a simple matter of dragging the window to full size and then to close it and reopen it. YOu should also go into the control panel and see how you have the files and folders\view tab configured. You should have a check mark in remember each folders view settings. If this doesn't work then right click on your desktop shortcut and then click properties and then the shortcut tab if you aren't already there and then click the arrow to the right of the "run" line to open the drop down list and then choose either normal window or maximized.
