Latest security updates break wireless connections

Hi,

FYI, just installed the latest XP security updates, and for my case, got 11
updates including Office 2003 and .Net 2.0.

An issue occurred after installation and reboot the laptop is wireless
connection has been broken, and to make one even nervous, I could not find
any SSID by freshing network list.

Finally, I tried "repair" function & it finally brought back all available
APs and reconnected to the preferred one.

No idea for what has been changed and hope this helps those who may
encounter similar problems after installing the latest security updates.

Similar problem occur to me as well. However, the updates I installed include
a hardware driver update for the wireless adaptor.

I had to restart computer and search for AP and SSID again.
