Last Drive Letter

My XP Pro system will not "see" a drive above F:

I there a way to set "Last Drive" like you could in the
old systems? Or does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have tweak ui installed?
If so open it and check the drives section under my computer.If you don't
have tweak ui then of course ignore this and good luck.
