large web pages and icons etc

my computer had crashed and i had to use the reinstallation cd. every went
fine accept my pages are huge and are larger then the screen itself. i have
tried everything to fix this that i know of. when i try to adjust my pixel
settings theicon will not slide. do i need to add something to fix this
proplem.. please help thank you
 
Hi ... It sound like you need to install your graphic driver , What kind of
computer is it ?
