large font,icons and toolbars

i restarted my computer and when the start up screen came on all my icons
were large and so is all the font ,tool bar is large also..........i have
done everything in the settings your saposed to do but nothing changes

Can you be a bit more specific about what you've tried?

If you right-click on the Desktop and choose Properties, then the
Settings tab, what does it say under Resolution?

resolution is 800 by 600 i have tried ajusting this also nothing works

Have you had a look in Device Manager, Display Adapters? If it says your
card is working properly, have a look at the Drivers tab. Sounds like
you are currently stuck on the Windows SVGA driver. Try reinstalling the
correct driver for your video card.
